Public Sector

FSG Property Services can work with you and for you on refurbishment and renewal on decent homes schemes, social housing, education and public buildings. Our trades include, plumbing, plastering, electrical, painting and decorating, tiling, flooring and full installations of kitchens, bathrooms, disabled adaptations, re-roofing, roofline and scaffolding.

Commercial

At FSG Property Services we can work with you and for you on integrated exterior bespoke aluminium systems for commercial buildings and new build housing developments. We can offer services from design and specifications, right through to manufacturing, project management and installation.

We refurbish properties and buildings to a very high standard and work closely with our clients to ensure we constantly strive to deliver our promises. We offer help with design and specifications on all our commercial work, from aluminium fascias, soffits and rainwater goods on modern office blocks, to bespoke traditional rainwater systems on new build housing sites; offering an environmentally friendly and sustainable product.

At FSG Property Services we currently carry out ‘decent homes’ work for a number of clients within the public sector, refurbishing kitchens & bathrooms. This has progressed into void works and disabled adaptions where we work closely with the local community to deliver the product and service. 

We have been an approved installer for Swish Building Products since 2002 supplying the needs of our domestic customers. With our fully qualified fitting teams specialising in Fascia, soffits, cladding and rainwater goods installations, FSG is amongst the most respected companies in the industry.

All FSG Build workmen are fully qualified and have a vast amount of industry knowledge and experience. All FSG Build technicians are ‘gas safe’ registered which means in addition to any building work you require, we can also manage all plumbing and electrical work; keeping the whole process hassle free!

As a company we hold all the latest and most relevant accreditations such as the TIVA accreditation scheme which recognises very high standards of good business practices. As a TIVA accredited supplier, you can trust our integrity with the added assurance that we will provide value for money. We also hold accreditations with the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), The Guild of Master Craftsmen, Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme, Construction Line and we are Safe Contractor Approved. We are also EXOR Approved meaning our business has been accredited to a standard where competency, viability and adherence with legal requirements and current codes of practice have been assessed.
