Jon Lennox

Jon founded FSG Technologies Ltd alongside Jason Morgan in 1999. Originally a fascia & soffit business servicing the domestic market, FSG entered the social housingsector winning contracts with various clients doing re-roofing works. They formed another company JNJ Property Services in 2006 aimed at providing internal solutions for decent homes programs. FSG & JNJ were merged in 2008 to form FSG Property Services Ltd and now offer a complete package for all public sector works to their clients.

Jason Morgan

Technical Director

 

 

 

 

 

Jason, along with Jon Lennox, formed FSG in 1999, whilst working as a site supervisor for a national company called SD Samuels whose works included specialised facade and cladding systems. Jason has worked on building numerous football stadiums, including White Hart Lane (home of Tottenham Hotspur), The Stadium of Light in Sunderland and West Ham’s Upton Park.

Jason’s main role within the company is external operations director, controlling and covering all day to day issues that occur on the fascia, soffits and guttering contracts, along with organising and running the domestic side of the externals.

Sean Kennedy

Operations and Development Director

 

 

 

 

 

Sean has been in the construction industry for 22 years having served as an Apprentice Mechanical Engineer and attaining a City and Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery. For 11 years he built and refurbished railway stock, progressing to Team Leader of the saw mill and ancillary department. Promotion to management saw Sean being responsible for production planning and stood in for senior managers during their absence. Sean joined FSGPS Ltd in his present role where he manages budgets, manpower planning, resources and project completions.

Nina de Carteret

Finance Director and Support Services

 

 

 

 

 

Nina is a fully qualified Accounting Technician and a member of the Association for Accounting Technicians (AAT). She began her career in the Payroll & Personnel departments and decided to move into accounting six years ago. She has 4 years experience as the Finance Manager to a Building & Maintenance Contractor working in partnership with local authority and housing association clients.

Barry Thurston

Sales Manager

 

 

 

 

 

Barry’s role is to guide and develop commercial activities of the company; namely marketing, sales and after sales. The role also includes defining the right market positioning of the company, conceptualising new business opportunities for the company and reviewing and monitoring sales plan. Barry is responsible for the establishment of new business relationships to build the company image in the market and endorse strategic aspects of the relationship between company and key clients.

Stuart Milne

Responsible for Managing the flow of goods, information and other resources between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet the requirements of our clients.
