Our business would not exist if it were not for customers requiring our services. Looking after the wellbeing of our people, customers, the public and the environment is a priority for the whole of the company. The services we provide and how we deliver them have a profound impact on people’s lives and the places where they live work and enjoy themselves. It is our aim to leave the communities in which we live and work in a better condition than we found them whilst delivering our outstanding service.
Our Directorship is dedicated to being an active participant in our community by investing in local people through apprenticeship training, work experience placements and sponsorship of youth and charitable works. We are working at the root level of our industry where the local builder tradesman lived and worked in the community. We employ local people to work on local projects and are privileged to make a difference to people’s lives. Our people come from a diverse background and we aim to ensure their safety by the provision of continual training and the upgrading of their knowledge base. We have a view that ‘one accident is one too many’ and all our staff should go home at the end of the day as well as they arrived.
Our environmental policy impacts on every job we undertake and it is a common objective to develop a culture whereby it is considered in all things we do. We urge our working partners, clients, contractors and suppliers to join in this commitment to improve the sustainability of the environment.
The HSQE team are responsible for ensuring that we have the correct policies and procedures in place and that they are adhered to at all times thus giving our clients and customers confidence in our service to them.
Our Customer Care Team develops close liaisons with the customer throughout the lifetime of our projects with the aim of raising satisfaction levels beyond expectation. An understanding of our customers’ needs enables us to do more than ‘Delivering the Service You expect’.
