Our in-house experts can take your project from initial concept to completion, including liaising with building control and planning departments to obtain all permissions and approvals. During construction, we will keep you informed at every stage and when the build is complete, we provide a full handover and aftercare service to ensure your new home is finished to your complete satisfaction, including insurance backed guarantees and defects liability.
FSG Build provides a fully comprehensive project management service, including all stakeholder engagement and resident liaison and responsibilities under CDM. Our experienced site managers and new build manager will work with your teams to deliver the project on-time, on budget and to specification.
Our in-house Customer Liaison Officers can assist in the handover process and we also provide a comprehensive, insurance backed warranty and aftercare service via our in-house maintenance teams.
